Feminism and Law in Comparative Studies: dialogue with Liberalism, Pluralism and Confucianism

The modern Feminism and Law theory is better to consider and hold some new and comparative perspectives, there could be the comparative dialogues for this study. The workshop upholds the comparative ideas, categories and paradigms of the legal studies of Feminism and Law.
The methodology and perspective could be plural from relative research spheres, such as of the ethical, historical, social, anthropological, political philosophical, cultural and literary, and legal philosophical spheres and knowledge, etc.
The contribution of the feminism of liberalism is huge and significant, but the drawbacks of feminism are manifest, because of the drawbacks of the liberalism, whereas the liberalism should not be devalued, which could be supplemented and completed.
Especially today, Law and Feminism, can dialogue with the legal and political tradition in every civilization, such as dialogue with the cultural conservativism, political conservativism and judicial conservativism.
Besides the justice of law, another plural types of justice, can also be argued and upheld, such as the ethical justice which can be compared to the radical revolutionary thoughts for ethics and gender.
Besides the standard of the plural justice, the workshop also upholds the research on the self and personality theory for the legal studies of Gender, Feminism and Law, i.e., equal self, ethical self, political self, and legal self, etc.
The weakness care and the relief theory, from the western liberal Feminism and Law tradition, is a good theory and the beneficial institution, for the legal value of gender equality, for the social value of fairness, and enhancing the values both of the legal justice and the social justice in the rule of law societies, tradition and civilization.
As a comparison, Chinese Confucianism for the gender harmony and justice, can also be discussed, revealed and upheld in such comparative feminism and law studies.
